The Greek Orthodox Church of Saint Sophia is a historic Greek Orthodox church located in Honolulu, Hawaii. It was founded in 1922 and is the oldest surviving Greek Orthodox parish in the Hawaiian Islands. The church was named after the Hagia Sophia in Constantinople, which was an ancient Greek Orthodox symbol of faith and hope. The church was established following an influx of Eastern Orthodox immigrants from Greece and the Eastern Mediterranean during the early twentieth century. The church's first pastor, Rev. Ioannis Petropoulos, had led a mission from Washington D.C. to Honolulu to spread the Orthodox faith in the islands. The church held its first Divine Liturgy of Saint John Chrysostom on August 12, 1922. In 1930, a fire destroyed the original building, but it was quickly rebuilt and the church re-opened the following year. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Mexico.

The historic church is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places and is part of the historic district of Honolulu's Greek Orthodox community. The church building features an onion-domed bell tower and is surrounded by numerous other Greek Orthodox buildings, including several chapels.
