The Church of the Savior in Smolensk is a Russian Orthodox church that is located in the Smolensk Historic Center in Smolensk, Russia. It was constructed in the early 17th century, and is considered to be one of the most beautiful churches of the time. The original design was in the Byzantine style, adapted to the local Russian variant of Orthodoxy. Its exterior is characterized by columns, several rows of pilasters, and a large central dome.

The church was first established in the late 16th century, and was reconstructed in 1601–1603. It underwent many reconstructions and additions throughout its history, including in 1635, 1670, and 1725. In 1752, it was damaged in a fire, and in 1840 was restored to its present form. It was one of the few buildings that survived the German occupation of Smolensk in 1941–1943. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Russia.

The church is located in the Smolensk Historic Center, near the end of Pokrovskaya Street, surrounded by an old city wall. Its length is 33 m, and its width is 19 m. The frescoes inside were painted by Russian artist D.N. Rozhdestvensky in 1862-1866. The bell tower was added in 1893.
