Worship Method:
Yen Tu Pagoda worships through Taoist services. There are several services for worship such as offering prayers before the main altar, burning incense, and circled the main altar while chanting mantras. Worshipers of the religion offer worship with burning joss sticks, clear their minds and chant several sutras or prayers to meditate on the Taoist teaching. Taoist priests lead pilgrims with rituals and Buddhist-Taoist music. Altar of the Buddha is one of the main part of Yen Tu Pagoda. Worshippers should approach and pray here with enough respect with the Buddha statue. Every spring, many Buddhists come to Yen Tu Pagoda to take part in rituals to commemorate the departure of the historical figure Tran Nhan Tong who had guided many people believed in Buddhism. Worshippers also visit the Hall of Vajra or Spiritual Land Hall to connect with the gods and goddesses associated with the faith.
