Worship Method:
The worship method of Thien Mu Pagoda is very simple and traditional. It is the same as at any other Vietnamese Buddhist temple. Firstly, traditional incense offerings are made. This involves lighting incense sticks and holding them in both hands in front of a shrine while saying a prayer or chant. Then, worshippers will kneel in front of the main shrine and offer respects to the Three Jewels of Buddhism (the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha). Sometimes, worshippers will also offer food or drink to the monks or nuns at the temple. In addition to the traditional offerings, devotees may also take part in organized chanting sessions, hymns or even meditation classes. Prayers can also be dedicated to the many gods of the different pantheons.
