The worship method used at Parmarth Niketan Ashram, Rishikesh is designed to cultivate spiritual discipline and inner transformation. The daily morning worship consists of chanting prayers, including Surya Namaskar (saluting the sun god and the energies of the Universe) as well as chanting of mantras and prayer to the Divine.
