History:
Zetland Parish Church was established in 1799 and is believed to have been built on the site of an ancient chapel, which may have been erected as far back as 1638. It was named after the Zetland family, who had an estate in the area. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Scotland.

Zetland Parish Church has a cavernous interior and seats up to 800. It is still an active Church of Scotland congregation, which runs regular services and events. It is also the site of a popular Sunday school as well as musical events and concerts.
Services:
The church runs regular Sunday services with Communion on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month, and Service of the Lord's Supper on the remaining Sundays. Services follow traditional liturgy with both hymns and traditional psalm-sings. Other activities held at the church include Bible study, prayer meetings, and A Warm Welcome Cafe, which serves tea and coffee after the Sunday service.This beautiful church in Scotland has made a lot of significance in the past.
