St Stephen's Church Inverness in Scotland is a Church of Scotland parish located in Scotland’s Highlands. It was established as a parish church in 1967 with the creation of the parish of Inverness South. The present building, dedicated in March 1972, replaced a wartime wooden church. The gothic architecture of the present building is inspired by St Andrew's Church in Dundee.

Before the current St Stephen's Church was built, a much smaller wooden building was created on the same site in 1940, after the original St Stephen's Church, built in 1793, was destroyed by bombing during World War II. It is built almost entirely out of a type of pink-stained Ballymena sandstone. The church contains two stained glass windows and a large mosaic behind the altar.
