Monchy Roman Catholic Church is a parish of the Archdiocese of Port of Spain in Trinidad and Tobago. The church was first established in 1858 and is located on the Southern Main Road in Monchy, which is a small village in the Couva-Tabaquite-Talparo (CTT) region. History:

 The Monchy Roman Catholic Church was established in 1858 by a Roman Catholic priest named Father Ulrich Wacthel. Monchy was the first Roman Catholic settlement in the Couva-Tabaquite-Talparo area in North Central Trinidad. The original chapel was built of mud with a thatched roof and was blessed by Father Wacthel on the 16th of November 1858. The church was eventually upgraded to a two-story concrete building with galvanised roofing and it continues to serve as an active parish until today.
