Ferrovia Roma-Velletri is a suburban railway line and commuter rail service in Rome, Italy. It was inaugurated in 1931, running from Roma Termini mainline station to Velletri in the Castelli Romani. The total length of the line is 35 km including the Rome-Ciampino-Velletri and Rome-Ostiense-Albano Laziale sections.

This railway line originally operated as a suburban service connecting Roma Termini station and Velletri; in 1989, however, a new section was opened up to Ciampino Airport, providing a direct link between Central Rome and the airport. The current service is operated by Trenitalia, the Italian state railway.

The Ferrovia Roma-Velletri was built in the early twentieth century as a state-funded railway to reduce the growing population in Rome by bringing commuters from the nearby towns around it into the city. The railway was inaugurated on March 1, 1931.

The Ferrovia Roma-Velletri is part of the Grandi Stazioni project and provides connection between important locations in and around Rome. The railway is serviced by FS regional trains - Frecciarossa, Frecciargento and IC, which provide a comfortable connection between Rome and Velletri and a regular connection between the airport of Ciampino and Termini station in Rome. Passengers can purchase tickets online or in the stations, and there are discounts available for certain categories of tourists.
