St. James the Great Parish is a Roman Catholic church in the city of Antipolo in the Philippines. Founded in 1850, it is the oldest church in Antipolo. The original church was destroyed in the Revolution of 1896 and rebuilt in 1902 with minor modifications in 1921. The parish has a high school division and a college division, both with a 100-year history. It also has social services including medical-dental and legal assistance in partnership with Caritas Antipolo and the Diocese of Antipolo. The parish is home to an image of Our Lady of Antipolo, a patroness of the city. Masses are celebrated daily, as well as several devotions. Special activities, such as an annual triduum of the Lady of Antipolo, are also held.
