Santa Monica Parish Church, or Sarrat Church, is a Catholic church located in the municipality of Sarrat in the province of Ilocos Norte, Philippines. Built in the late 1800s with the help of the local townspeople, the church has been serving the people of the barangay of the same name and surrounding communities since that time. It is often referred to as the "Church of St. Monica" on account of its patron, St. Monica, mother of St. Augustine of Hippo.
