The Monastery of the Holy Eucharist in the Philippines is a contemplative lifestyle monastery for women, located in an isolated rural setting in the province of Batangas. The Monastery was founded in 1975 by the late Sr. Mary Soledad, who was from Spain, and the first group of postulants entered the monastery in July, 1976. The Monastery follows traditional Catholic spirituality, and the sisters participate in a communal life of prayer, poverty, and simplicity while offering a wide range of services, including retreats, spiritual advising, and daily Mass and Eucharistic adoration. The Monastery grounds include a chapel, gardens, a botanical educational center, and ample outdoor activities. The sisters grow their own food and focus on sustainability whenever possible. The Monastery is a source of spiritual growth, renewal, and healing to many visitors in search of a deeper connection with God.
