The Christian Reformed Church in the Philippines (CRCP) is a Protestant denomination with roots in the Netherlands. Founded in 1930 by a group of missionary workers from the Netherlands, the CRCP is a part of the worldwide Reformed church family.
Its main ministry is in the Philippines where it is scattered throughout the region. Its mission is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ and to build up healthy, growing Christian communities. It also seeks to help alleviate poverty, provide education and work to rid society of various evils.
The CRCP has a four-fold mission of worship, outreach to people of other faiths or no faith, evangelism, and actively caring for the poor, the oppressed, and the marginalized. Its services include providing medical care, empowering women and young people, opening schools, and providing vocational training. Each congregation provides worship services, vocational training and other forms of help for the community. The CRCP is also very active in planting churches throughout the Philippines.
The CRCP's main headquarters is located in Quezon City and it has around 100 active churches and 4,000 members. It has various affiliated organizations and Bible colleges, and sends missionaries to other countries.
