Our Lady of the Ark of the Covenant Church In Palestine is a Catholic Franciscan Church located in Jerusalem. It is located near the site of the ancient Jewish temple that was destroyed by the Romans. The church was built in the 19th century and still stands today. The church has its roots in medieval times when it was a Franciscan monastery. It became a minor basilica in 1961 and was declared a place of pilgrimage by Pope John Paul II. It is one of the best churches in Palestine which you must visit.
