Church of St. Lazarus In Palestine is a Christian pilgrimage site located in Bethany, a village on the east side of the Jordan River, located 4 miles east of Jerusalem. It is believed to have been the home of Saint Lazarus, who Jesus raised from the dead (John 11:1-44). The current church at the site was originally built in the 12th Century and has been renovated and remodelled over the years. It is now a Roman Catholic Church administered by the Franciscan Custody of the Holy Land.
