The Al Hail Industrial East South Central North Mosque in Oman was built in 2004 by the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs. It is located in the Governorate of Al Hail, in the South East Central region of Oman. The mosque is built in traditional Islamic style and it is open to all, with facilities for both males and females. Architecture:

Al Hail Industrial East South Central North Mosque was designed by Swani Architects, a major architectural firm in Oman. The mosque is an array of structures based on traditional Omani and Persian style and features four main domed structures which symbolize the unity of its acolytes. The building also encases an expansive internal prayer room, as well as its supporting structures. The white and blue tiles of the exterior façade along with its curved and coloured lines, gives a sense of fluidity to the building. The mosque also features a 36 meter high minaret which pierces the skyline of the city. On the roof of the mosque, visitors can find a pool which is designed to reflect the sky and daylight. The building also houses a state of the art abattoir, a public market, and a series of shops at its base for convenience. This is why, it is considered one of the most beautiful mosque in the world.

Visiting Hours:

The visiting hours at the Al Hail Industrial East Mosque in Oman vary, depending on the day of the week and the time of year. On normal days, visitors can enter the mosque from 9am to 12 noon and from 3pm to 7pm. During the month of Ramadan, the visiting hours are extended with visitors able to enter between 8am and 9am.
