, The Lutheran Church of Nigeria, Anua Offot, Uyo is a Christian community that serves the diverse population of Uyo and its surrounding area. The church dates to the mid-1970s when congregants, mainly of the Anang ethnic group, began gathering in Anua, Uyo. The congregation was officially organized in 1981 and has since continued to offer weekly Sunday services, Bible study, and classes in Christian counseling and teaching. In addition, the church runs a mission church in Kadama, in the neighboring state of Cross River. The church is strongly committed to outreach, providing food and medical assistance to needy individuals and families in the community. The church also participates in the Agape Educational and Welfare Centre, a project to promote literacy, economic advancement, and spiritual growth in the area.
