The Kedareshwor Mahadev Temple is located in the city of Patan in Nepal and is widely celebrated throughout the country. The temple is dedicated to the Hindu god Lord Shiva and is one of the oldest temples in the Kathmandu Valley. It is believed to have been built by the King Purandar Nath in the 17th century, and is highly venerated as a manifestation of Lord Shiva. Worship at the temple is of a simple character, with devotees making offerings of flowers, fruits, and incense to Lord Shiva. There are daily evening prayers that take place in the temple, with the priests chanting mantras and singing bhajans.
