The worship of Anantalingeshwor Mahadev involves chanting mantras and prayers while circumambulating around the deity. The devotees perform puja and do aarti to Anantalingeshwor Mahadev. Offerings such as flowers, fruits, incense, candles, and water are made to the deity as part of the worship. They also do homa (fire sacrifice) to Anantalingeshwor Mahadev.
