The Light of the World Church was founded by Rev. Eziquio Mijares in Puebla City, Mexico in 1964 under the name “La Luz del Mundo”. In the following decades, several churches and ministries were established throughout Mexico and in other countries as the church expanded its mission and its membership around the world. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Namibia.
