Midtjylland Frikirke - Ikast Apostolic Church is a congregation of the Apostolic Lutheran Church of America (ALCA). The church is located in the city of Ikast, Denmark, and is a part of the ALCA’s Midtjylland Circuit. It is one of the best churches in Denmark which you must visit.

History:

Midtjylland Frikirke was founded in 1946, by a small group of faithful Lutherans who had found their way to the city of Ikast, Denmark. It was the first ALCA church in the Midtjylland circuit. For many years the church did not have a building and was meeting in homes. In 1975, the current building was constructed with volunteer labor from the congregation. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Denmark.
