Hadimba Devi Temple is also known as the Dhungiri Temple, is located in Manali, Himachal Pradesh in northern India. It is situated near the town’s main square at the base of the Himalaya. The temple is devoted to Hadimba, the wife of Bhima from the epic poem Mahabharata. The temple is a four-story wooden structure built around a Cave in which Hadimba meditated. A bhog or naivedya is offered to the goddess in the form of sweets, fruits and a cooked meal. 3. A special ritual called the puja paath is performed in the temple on specific days of the week.
