The traditional method of worshiping at Shri Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga is through an idol or murti of Lord Shiva. The devotees offer water, flowers, fruits and coconuts as part of the puja. The devotees burn incense, light lamps and chant mantras like "Om Namah Shivaya" to please the deity.
