History:

The work of AFM-Lesotho H.Q was initiated by Rev. Joel Kekana, who was the President of the Apostolic Faith Mission in Lesotho. Rev. Kekana relocated from Cape Town, South Africa to Maseru, Lesotho, in 1928, and within a period of eight years (1928-1936), established at least 144 churches. As the number of churches significantly accelerated, more committed leaders stepped up and joined Rev. Kekana’s mission. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Lesotho.
