History:

dates back to the late 1980s when Paraguayan citizen Valdecir Prado, at the invitation of the government of El Salvador, immigrated to El Salvador to become pastor of the Iglesia de Dios church in Usulutan. Since then, Valdecir has been traveling extensively to expand the reach of the Iglesia de Dios church in Central and Latin America. In 2002, Valdecir was invited to Kosovo, a Balkan country located in southeastern Europe, to help establish the Iglesia de Dios en El Paraguay. Currently, there are seven Iglesia Asamblea de Dios churches in the country, along with several other affiliated churches. The main goals of the organization are to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ, promote evangelism, and provide access to social, spiritual, and moral justice in the area.
