The Parish Church of St. Ann is a historic Anglican church located in the village of Much Hadham, Hertfordshire, England. The current building, which dates from 1777, is the third church on this site and replaces buildings mentioned in documents dating back to the fourteenth century. The church is ranked as a Grade II* listed building. It is one of the best churches in Jamaica which you must visit.

History:

The first church mentioned on this site was built in 1251 and located on a parcel of land donated by King John. In 1450, the building was destroyed and was later replaced by a building with a similar design. The current structure was built in 1777 on the same site and is attributed to one, Reverend Thomas Hearne, who also designed and managed the construction of the church. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Jamaica.
