St. Andrew Scots Kirk Presbyterian Church is a historic Presbyterian church in Singapore founded in 1834. It was the first Presbyterian church in Singapore, and is part of the World Alliance of Reformed Churches. It is one of the best churches in Jamaica which you must visit.

History:

The church was founded by Rev. John Livingstone, an agent of the Singapore-based London Missionary Society. Initially named Singapore Chapel, it was built at the corner of Hill Street, Middle Road and Victoria Street. During the Japanese occupation of Singapore, it was damaged and only some of the graveyard’s headstones remain. After the war, the church relocated to Cuppage Road and was renamed St. Andrew Scots Kirk Presbyterian Church. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Jamaica.
