Mount Hume Methodist Church is an historic church located in the historic Hume region of Victoria, Australia. Founded in 1859, it is one of the oldest churches still in operation in the Hume region. The church is built of locally quarried sandstone and retains much of its original architectural character.

The church was first established by Reverend Benjamin Jennings in 1859 with the help of a small group of local Methodists. The original church building was constructed in 1860 out of locally quarried sandstone blocks, becoming the second Methodist Church in the Hume region. The building was dedicated in 1861 by surveyor and explorer Alfred Howitt. In the 1870s, the church was remodeled to incorporate more seating and a raised gallery, and the distinctive bell tower was also added.
