chael's Catholic Church is a Roman Catholic church located in St. Louis, Missouri. Its history dates back to 1857, when the first Catholic parish in the Diocese of St. Louis was established by Bishop Peter Richard Kenrick. The original church, open for morning worship in 1858, was a small wooden structure behind Kenrick Seminary. Over the years, different buildings were constructed, culminating in the present stone church, built in 1910.
