, is a Roman Catholic cathedral in Tuam, County Galway, Ireland. Built on the site of a monastery founded by St. Jarlath in the 5th century, it is one of the oldest and most important religious sites in Ireland. The current building dates to the late 13th century, and is an example of Gothic architecture. The cathedral was damaged in a fire in 1477, but was reconstructed and renovated over the following centuries. It is still in use today, and includes a large number of historic artifacts, including the 12th century High Cross of Tuam and a stained glass window of the Presentation of Jesus in the Temple. The cathedral also hosts regular services, including Mass, weddings and confirmations.
