Hazrat Khwaja Bande Nawaz Dargah, also known as Ghareeb Nawaz Dargah, is situated in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. It is India's second largest dargah after Ajmer Sharif and is one of the most revered sites of pilgrimage in India. Khwaja Bande Nawaz was a Sufi saint of Chishti Order who preached interfaith harmony and tolerance. Architecture:

The Hazrat Khwaja Bande Nawaz Dargah, located in Hyderabad in India, is an architectural masterpiece. Built in the 15th century by the ruler Qutb Shahi dynasty of Hyderabad, the Dargah is a perfect amalgam of Islamic and Hindu architecture. The great Dargah consists of exclusive arches, domes, and minarets. The main entrance of the Dargah is made out of large wooden gates. In front of the entrance are two domes, which represent the tomb and mosque of the sheikh. The central dome of the mosque is the tallest and magnificent. It is made out of white marble and is surrounded by four minarets. Just behind the inner courtyard is a sprawling garden with Persian-style fountains. Towards the left side is a huge platform with a grand edifice, where Sufi music and prayers are performed daily. There is also a mausoleum of the late saint, which is adorned with beautiful tiles and stained-glass windows. The Dargah also houses several tombs of famous Sufi saints and ascetics. This is why, it is considered one of the most beautiful mosque in the world.

Visiting Hours:

The visiting hours at the Hazrat Khwaja Bande Nawaz Dargah in Hyderabad are from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM throughout the week, with some special arrangements for Fridays.
