Founded in 1975 in Toronto, Canada, Bethel is one of the oldest pentecostal ministries in Canada and the largest residential bible college in the country. The church belongs to the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada and is committed to reaching out to local and international communities. It is one of the best churches in Guyana which you must visit.

History:

Bethel Pentecostal Ministries was founded by Bishop M.C. Manahak in 1975 in Toronto. Bishop Manahak had previously served in the Pentecostal Ministry in Eastern Europe and immigrated to Canada in 1970. With the help of local leaders and volunteers, the church grew and established itself in Toronto’s Scarborough neighbourhood. Over time, the church spread to other Canadian cities and states in the United States. The church held its first international mission trip to Haiti in 1985. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Guyana.
