St Guthlac's Church, Knighton is a Grade II listed Anglican church located in the market town of Knighton, Powys, Wales. The church is the mother church of the wider Rectorial Benefice of Knighton and is dedicated to St Guthlac, a 7th-century saint from East Anglia in England. The earliest parts of the building date from the 12th century, with its most significant alterations occurring in the 19th century. The church contains a memorial to the Burma Star Association as well as several monuments dedicated to former Rectors and members of the Knighton Monoux family. The church offers weekly services and an annual St Guthlac's fair.
