Santissima Trinità degli Spagnoli is a Roman Catholic church in the historic Roman city center of Naples, Italy. The church is dedicated to the Holy Trinity, and was constructed between 1608 and 1688 to serve the growing Spanish population of the city. The design of the baroque church is attributed to the noted Italian architect, Domenico Antonio Vaccaro, who also designed the nearby Basílica dell'Incoronata. The church hosts an important painting of the Madonna of Montalto and is home to a large seventeenth century fresco. It is also the custodian of several relics, including fragments of the cross that Christ was crucified on, which were gifted to the church by a Spanish princess. The church continues to hold mass and various ceremonies, and offers services to the local community.
