The Melbourne Buddhist Centre follows a Theravada Buddhist methodology for their worship services. This includes meditation, chanting, and listening to Dharma talks (Buddhist teachings). On Wednesdays, the Centre holds a meditation class from 7.30 PM until 8.30 PM, which includes a guided meditation by one of the Centre's teachers and a Dharma talk from 8-8.30 PM.
