The mosque consists of a rectangular prayer hall pointed towards Mecca with a wide main portal in the east and three aisles on each side. There is also a small courtyard in the southern side. The minaret is located in the western corner of the mosque and is a combination of four cylinders connected to a single round one at the top. The mosque's interior is composed of red and white marble decorated with faience inscriptions. The walls of the mosque are decorated with figural tiles from the Ottoman period. The ceiling is composed of several plaster-covered wood beams arranged in a twofold pattern adorned with Quranic inscriptions. The mihrab is made of marble inlaid with faience.
