History:

The Church of Santa Maria dei Miracoli began construction at the end of the 15th century under the supervision of Taddeo da Bressano, a student of the famous architect Pietro Lombardo. The church itself was founded to replace an existing church of the same name, which had suffered damage over the years. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Rome.
