Chiesa delle Santissime Stimmate di San Francesco is a Catholic church located in Rome, Italy. It was built by the Franciscan Order on the site of the house that Saint Francis of Assisi lived in from 1210 to 1220. It was completed in November 1710 and is now one of the principal churches of the Franciscan order in Rome. It has a beautiful Baroque façade, along with a bell tower and several sculpted works of art. Inside, the church contains numerous works of art, including a gilded sculpture of St. Francis, a wooden crucifix, and numerous paintings.
