Iglesia de la Magdalena, Toledo is a Roman Catholic church in Toledo, Spain. Its name is derived from its founder, apostolic nun Magdalena de la Cruz. Founded in 1622, it was the first Convent of Recoletas, and is located near the city walls and the Tagus River. It is part of the monumental complex of San Juan de los Reyes, which included a convent and a monastery. Its style is Gothic, and it was designed by Francisco de Orendain and built between 1616 and 1620. Its interior is decorated with artwork, which includes the conversion of Mary Magdalene by Benito Flórez and Francisco Titian, and a Crucifix by Gaspar Becerra. It also houses numerous pieces of religious art from various eras. Services take place each Sunday, and the convent also houses a convent school for girls.
