Church of Saint Mary 'Liberatrice' is a Roman Catholic parish church located in Rome, Italy. It is located on Via Liberatrice, and is dedicated to Our Lady of the Liberator. The church was built by Donato Bramante in 1519, but was destroyed almost entirely in 1943 when a bomb hit the area during World War II. The church’s façade and portions of the interior survived the attack and were restored. Today, the church is known for its Baroque-style design and architecture, as well as its history.

The Church of Saint Mary 'Liberatrice' was commissioned by Pope Julius II and funded by a wealthy family of Rome, the Rovere family, in 1519. It was intended to be used as a mausoleum for their ancestors, who are buried in the crypt of the church. However, the project was never complete at the time, and the church was not officially opened until 1592. During the 17th and 18th centuries, the church underwent significant modifications, most notably to the façade which is still seen today. In 1943, the church was almost completely destroyed when a bomb fell during World War II, but the façade and portions of the interior still survived and were later restored. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Rome.
