Church of Saint Ambrose is a Roman Catholic parish located in the town of Ambrose, Manitoba. It was established in 1889 and serves the largely rural area of southwestern Manitoba. The church is a beautiful example of classical architecture and is one of the oldest churches in the area.

Church of Saint Ambrose was founded in 1889 when a group of settlers asked the Bishop of St. Boniface, Jean-Francois-Xavier-Lloyd de Verney to create a parish in the area. He responded to the request by allocating 17 acres of land for the church and 6 acres for cemetery. The church was built by French pioneers and was the first Roman Catholic Church in Manotba outside the major cities. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Rome.
