Chiesa di Sant'Anselmo all'Aventino is a Roman Catholic church located in the Aventine Hill in Rome, Italy. It is a titular church, whose title cardinal is assigned in the consistory of Pope Francis. The church was built in the late 16th century and is dedicated to St. Anselm of Canterbury, the 12th-century Archbishop of Canterbury. The church contains the remains of several noble Roman families and several important frescoes. It also hosts a number of cultural events and is a popular tourist attraction.

The site of Chiesa di Sant'Anselmo all'Aventino was originally owned by a noble Roman family, who also owned nearby Palazzo Lancellotti. The family commissioned the current building in 1584, designed by a well-known architect of the time, Giacomo della Porta. The façade and part of the interior of the church are inspired by the Renaissance style. The current vault of the ceiling is a later addition. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Rome.
