Four-gates pagoda is an ancient Chinese architectural worship method, which originated in the Han Dynasty. This type of pagoda usually has a structure resembling a staircase. Generally consists of several levels. The main body is composed of four gates in the middle and four towers around it. It has many spiritual meanings such as stability, balance, and peace. During the festival of the gods, people usually compete to cut the tape between the gates and four towers for the wishes of the gods to be fulfilled.
