Église protestante Africaine In Cameroon is a Protestant church in Cameroon. It was founded in 1915 by Pastor Charles Wagner, a Swiss missionary and is the official church of the German Protestant Mission. It has since grown to include over 200 congregations with an estimated half a million members. The Church believes in the full authority of Scripture and carries out much of its mission work through congregations, bible schools, and medical services. It is considered one of the largest protestant groups in the country and has been active in supporting social justice and promoting economic development initiatives. The Church has a particular focus on supporting rural and remote communities. It regularly organizes inter-church conferences and ecumenical dialogues with other faith communities in the country.
