Wat Svay Andet Cambodia is an ancient Buddhist temple located in Svay Antet Village, Kampong Svay District, Prey Veng Province in Cambodia. Constructed in 1813 as a Buddhist learning center, it has been a highly revered spiritual and educational place for the villagers of Svay Antet. It is considered the oldest temple in the Kampong Svay district. The temple features a unique blend of both traditional Khmer and modern architecture. History:

Wat Svay Andet Cambodia was founded in 1813 by a monk and monkess named Kona Khin and Ream. It is said that at the time they were asked by King Ang Duong to establish a Buddhist learning center in the Kampong Svay district. The temple quickly gained popularity and over time it began to attract many students from the region. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Cambodia.
