Phnom Chisor is a mountain temple complex located in the Svay Prey district of Cambodia's Kampong Speu province. It was built in the 11th century during the reign of King Suryvarman I and was originally dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva. The temple complex was damaged by war and natural disasters over the years, but was partially restored in the 20th century and is now a popular tourist attraction and pilgrimage site.

Later, in the 13th century, it was further expanded and developed by King Jayavarman VII in the Bayon style. During the 14th and 15th centuries, Phnom Chisor was the site of an important Hindu shrine, but like many other monuments, it was abandoned and fell into disrepair during the 16th and 17th centuries.
