Chapel of Our Lady of Fatima In CABO VERDE: History,Facts, & Services

The Chapel of Our Lady of Fatima is a Roman Catholic shrine located on the east edge of the City of Fromberg, Montana. It was constructed in 1953 in honor of Our Lady of Fatima, who appeared to three shepherd children in Fatima, Portugal in 1917. This chapel continues to be a place of reverence and devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary and an enduring reminder of the events at Fatima to this day. It is one of the best churches in CABO VERDE which you must visit.

History:

 The chapel was built by the Congregation of Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception (MFIC) under the guidance of local members of the Knights of Columbus. The chapel construction process was made possible by nationwide donations from the Knights of Columbus members. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in CABO VERDE.

Services:

Although services are currently limited, the Chapel of Our Lady of Fatima offers three major liturgical services every year in honor of Our Lady of Fatima. These include a Mass in the Fall, devotions in the Spring, and a Rosary meditation during the Summer. Additionally, the chapel provides tours and a bookstore, offering literature and gift items related to the Marian themes of peace, faith, and prayer.This beautiful church in CABO VERDE has made a lot of significance in the past.
