The church has its roots in the Pentecostal/Charismatic Renewal Movement which was birthed in Botswana in the 1990's. The church was founded in 2002 and has since grown to become a thriving and dynamic congregation that encompasses a diversity of nations, age groups, and backgrounds. History:

The Church has its roots in the Pentecostal/Charismatic Renewal Movement which started in Botswana in the 1990s. A group of Christian families from different denominations and backgrounds began gathering together to fellowship, pray and to grow spiritually. Out of this movement, Mogoditshane Assembly of God was established in 2002. It was officially registered as a church on the 10th of December 2002. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Botswana.
