The original headquarters of the Love World Church, now known as Christ Embassy, was founded by its general overseer (GO), Pastor Chris Oyakhilome in 1987. Since 1990, the church has since grown to include international branches in nations around the world, including Botswana. Christ Embassy Church Mochudi opened its doors in 2015 and currently serves as a growing branch of the Love World church that offers spiritual guidance, solace, and assistance to its members. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Botswana.
