The traditional worship at the Wangdue Phodrang Dzong in Bhutan involves prayers, offerings, chanting, and participation in religious ceremonies. Masks, drums, and trumpets are often used in religious ceremonies, and lamas may be present as well. Offerings of barley, incense, flowers, and money are presented at each of the four doors of the temple to invoke the four protective deities of the Dzong.
